The Vice-President, Policy Development, is responsible for the successful execution of the Policy Development process as provided in the Chamber by-laws. This position liaises with Board members, chamber committees, external associations and government to advocate on behalf of the chamber's policy platform and to ensure that the BC Chamber's policies are consistenly informed and current. |

Roslyn Castleden Director, |
The Director, Chamber Development & Services, is the liaison between the community chambers and the BC Chamber. This position assists in the creation and development of community chambers, supports the BC Chamber district directors in their Chamber activities, and manages the benefit programs. |

Denise Douglas Director, |
The Director, Finance & Administration, is responsible for the overall administration of the office including planning of financial requirements, forecasting and controlling funds of the Chamber. This position takes a leadership role in the organization and co-ordination of all BC Chamber events, including Executive and Board of Director's meetings. This position also oversees Human Resource related activities. |

Alexis Hoy Communications Coordinator |
The Communications Coordinator plans and implements all BC Chamber communications, media and publication activities. This position is responsible for the BC Chamber communication strategy, website, all newsletters, news releases, and media monitoring. |

Sabine Cruickshank Administrative Assistant |
The Administrative Assistant liaises with staff to support the administration of the BC Chamber office. This position runs front-line reception, processes new memberships, administers member benefit programs, handles event registration, maintains the Chamber databases, and answers general inquiries about the Chamber. |
