The BC Chamber of Commerce is the most influential business association in BC – the provincial leader in public policy focused on developing healthy, vibrant and sustainable communities.
Through our singular grass roots policy development process the BC Chamber has an unprecedented record of governments acting on our recommendations.Active tracking of BC Chamber successes means that our membership can stay up to date with the progress that is being made on the issues important to them.
2011-2012 saw significant action on BC Chamber policies from Skills, Labour, and Immigration, to Taxation, Transportation, Infrastructure and Local Government.
Over the coming year the BC Chamber will be building on this success by utilizing our provincial network to provide access to key policy decision
makers at all levels of government to shape the public policy agenda. This will enhance the role of the chamber as the only organization that can efectively advocate at the local, provincial and federal level.
