Please note that you will need to meet the certification requirements for all documents, as well as the additional requirements for certification of invoices, below.

Additional Requirements for Certification of Invoices:

  1. A  duly notarized copy of your organization’s business registration with the federal or provincial government, with confirmation of annual business license renewal.

  2. Invoices must be notarized if they are not accompanied by a certificate of origin. Consult with the Chamber for the appropriate wording prior to notarization. 

  3. Please Note: The Chamber will only certify as to ‘the issuer’ of the documents, not its contents.
