Troubleshooting:

In order to use this login page properly, your browser's security settings must be set to allow web pages to run scripts.

For Internet Explorer Users:

  1. Under the tools menu, click "Internet Options"
  2. In the window that appears choose the "Security" tab
  3. In the "Select a zone" window ensure "Internet" is highlighted
  4. Click the "Custom level..." button
  5. In the Security Settings window that appears, scroll down to the "Scripting" heading.
  6. Under Scripting there is an option which reads "Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows." Ensure that "Enable" is selected for this option.
  7. Click "OK" for both windows and try the login button again. A window should appear prompting you for your password.
